Submit a Request
Contact our logistics team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return request for unused modular components or standard floor plan units.
Site Inspection
A certified ECH inspector will visit your location to verify the structural condition and confirm that no modifications have been made to the unit.
De-installation & Transport
Once approved, our team will coordinate the professional dismantling and secure transport of the modular unit back to our manufacturing facility.
Refund Processing
After a final quality audit at our warehouse, your refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee and applicable transportation costs.
